Santa Fe Site Visit

Recently, our team traveled on a site visit to Santa Fe, New Mexico, to stay at and experience the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado and tour local venues in preparation for an upcoming 2025 incentive travel program. Over three days, our team explored the city’s unique culture and history, visited potential event spaces, ate delicious food, and reviewed local attractions. Our goal? Ensuring our client’s President’s Circle of Excellence trip is an experience of a lifetime.

The Four Seasons Rancho Encantado

Located in the mountains just outside of Santa Fe, the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado provides a secluded five-star experience with breathtaking views and various outdoor adventures. The guest accommodations include beautiful, spacious luxury casitas, each designed to ensure maximum privacy and relaxation. The resort places a heavy emphasis on rest and relaxation, offering its guests a fully equipped, world-class spa, complete with steam rooms and private soaking tubs. For those who value nature, Rancho Encantado also offers guided hikes and cultural tours, adding an extra layer of tranquility to your stay. Although the property has only one onsite restaurant, the food is both delicious and diverse, a delectable blend of American and Southwestern flavors. Our clients were particularly impressed by the venue’s potential for hosting private, one-of-a-kind events. Overall, the serenity and luxury of the property create an ideal atmosphere for the trip planned in 2025 and any future travel incentive.

Culture of Santa Fe

Santa Fe is a destination that thrives on culture and history. During our stay, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in both. On our second day, we participated in a guided walking tour of downtown Santa Fe which gave us an insightful introduction to the culture and history of the city. A stop by the Kakawa Chocolate House offered us a sensory taste of Santa Fe, each chocolate blending unique and local ingredient combinations together in a burst of flavor and culture. We ended our tour day at the Railyard District where we boarded the Sky Railway, a series of train cars with celebrity and movie history (anyone remember Oppenheimer?). For dinner that evening, we returned to Canyon Road to a local restaurant, El Farol. It is a beautiful venue with live music, hand-painted murals, and tapas that are to die for.

Recommendations for Groups

Santa Fe offers something truly special for incentive groups. The blend of luxury at the Four Seasons and the rich cultural experiences available in town create an unforgettable destination. While the limited space in some venues is something to keep in mind, the city’s charm more than makes up for it. We recommend leveraging outdoor spaces for evening events and working closely with local vendors to ensure a seamless experience. Planning ahead is key—especially for experiences like the International Balloon Fiesta in nearby Albuquerque, a popular spectacle unique to the area. As we finalize the trip, we’ll continue to work with our local partners to ensure that every aspect of the itinerary aligns with our client’s expectations.

Santa Fe is the perfect backdrop for our 2025 President’s Circle of Excellence trip, combining the best of culture, history, and luxury. The Four Seasons Rancho Encantado will serve as a serene retreat, offering unmatched comfort and service. With the thoughtful integration of local experiences and attention to detail, we’re confident this trip will leave a lasting impression on all attendees.
