Program Spotlight: Media Company Client Incentive

Cruises aren’t just for Caribbean adventures; they’re a fantastic way to explore Europe and its many beautiful destinations as well!

The Why:

Our team recently took our media client and their participants on a seven-day Royal Caribbean cruise through the Greek Isles. This incentive was designed to work with their top advertisers. This incentive also offered our guests the opportunity to see and explore beautiful Greek cities, indulge in local cuisine, and take in all the rich history of Greece. Cruises are also a fantastic way to see so many beautiful places while only having to unpack and return to one location. You simply fall asleep and wake up in an exciting new destination!

The Experience:

A cruise through Europe is a uniquely tranquil experience, the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re interested in history, culture, food, or landscapes, there is truly something for everyone. Each port city offered its own unique flair and history. Our program stopped at six different port cities during their trip: Venice, Kotor, Corfu, Athens, Mykonos, and Argostoli. Each destination was as beautiful as the last, offering unique excursions and picturesque views of both mountains and crystal blue beaches. Guests enjoyed natural wonders like the Melissani Lake and Cave, ancient architecture such as the Acropolis, and luxurious local cuisine right by the ocean or on top of a mountain.

Onsite Management:

Our onsite team for this program was Karen and Taylor. This program, as with all of our programs, is largely successful due to the hard work and dedication of our program managers and onsite team. Together, they mitigated risks and solved unexpected challenges for our clients throughout the week. When plans go awry, it’s nice to know Sutton Planning is behind the scenes solving challenges before they happen.
