What destination speaks to comfort and luxury better than Cape Cod?
Our team recently took our media clients and their participants to Chatham Bars Inn in beautiful Cape Cod, MA for their annual President’s Club trip. This program was well-designed to reward and recognize their top executives.
The Why:
Our client chose Cape Cod for their incentive travel destination for several reasons. First, Cape Cod was on our client’s personal bucket list as a must-see destination. Also, the goal was to host this incentive program in September, and there is almost no better time to go to “the Cape” than in September. So, the stars aligned for our clients and their top performers to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the fall with cooler temperatures in the evening and warmer weather during the day. At Sutton Planning, we aim to pair the right client with the right destination and the right property. For this program, gorgeous Cape Cod and the world-class resort Chatham Bars Inn was absolutely the right decision.
The Experience:
Cape Cod offers many exciting and unique experiences perfect for a travel incentive. The excitement began with a delicious welcome dinner and live gifting experience in which each guest was able to choose from a selection of Maui Jim sunglasses. Our client also arranged for a group day to Nantucket where guests could explore the island at their own pace, and a tour of the famous Cisco Brewery where they were able to sample various wines, whiskeys, and beers all brewed onsite. It was important to our client to reward the guests with ample free time to enjoy the area, which is exactly what they did. Many guests chose to take a short ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard where they were free to explore the island with walking tours or bike tours. One of the highlights for most everyone was the whale-watching excursion. Participants sailed into the ocean and witnessed these magnificent creatures up close and personal. The program ended with a fabulous and exclusive farewell dinner to reward all the high achievers.
